Copy Right or Copy Wrong?

Are the Anglo-Saxon descriptions Copyright Act, intellectual property rights or IP law misguiding? On the European continent similar Acts are in French called Droit d'Auteur, in Spanish Derechos de Autor and in German Urheberrecht, in Danish Loven om Ophavsret, in Dutch Auteurswet. Most of these terms translate to English as 'Authors Law' or 'Authors Rights'. So what?

Selling software second hand, but also music and movies?

A software license often limits its use to the first "owner" or user. Court procedures in 2012 led to a remarkable modern view by judges. These views may hold for other data, such as music and e-books from download stores, as well. Publishers, do sleep on.

Internet TV - an already outdated technology

Colour TV, stereo, flatscreens, HD, ambilight, 3D, Dolby 5.1, interactive and internet TV. Why is TV technology outdated even when still in concept stage?

Every government has the obligation to take care spending public funds. For that reason regional, national and even international rules have been set in place. You're not allowed to exclude providers or suppliers nor to promote them without good cause. You are supposed not to gain from an assignment or order (read bribery). Unfair competitive advantages (specific product or brand requests) nor between company agreements (cartel) are allowed. The procurement must be transparent and all information must be publicly available. And anyone selected for providing the goods or services must be a respectful and trusted supplier. And, we're economic: spending should be minimal.
